A rigid mindset, poor adherence to structure, or the logic didn't hold. The same written report, with the two things to work on, and you stop here. You can sit it again after six months.

Is this a skills test?
No. Skills can be taught in sixty hours, and the CVP® program does that. The Quotient measures the three things that decide whether the skills get used: whether you'll adapt, whether you can think through a system, and whether you'll show up. There's nothing to revise for except being honest.
Can I prepare for it?
Read this page and try the three items above; that's the preparation that helps. The statements are about you, the logic items reward careful reading more than speed, and the written exercises ask for things that actually happened. Rehearsed answers read as rehearsed, and generic AI prose reads as generic AI prose.
How is it scored?
Statements and scenarios are weighted equally for Mindset and Behavior; Intelligence is the share of logic items answered correctly. An assessor then scores your six written exercises one to five each and combines the two into your final scores and classification. Two of the statements check that you're reading carefully; we say so here so that nobody is surprised.
What happens if I get a Red Flag?
You get the same written report as everyone else: your three scores and the two things to work on. The fee bought the evaluation, which you received, so we don't refund it, and we don't try to enrol you regardless. You can sit the Quotient again after six months.
What does a Green Light commit me to?
Nothing. It's an invitation into the CVP® program, which currently costs ₱40,000 in full with your ₱4,499 credited. You can take it up later, or not at all, and your result stays on your record either way. Nobody will call you four times.
Will employers see my result?
Only if you show them, or if you go on to certify and list on the MIB directory, where your scores sit beside your portfolio. MIB doesn't publish individual results, and we'll publish the pass distribution only once enough people have sat it for the number to mean something.
Is this accredited?
Not yet. The Quotient is the entry assessment for the CVP® designation, which is in development; TESDA and ISO/IEC 17024 recognition are being pursued and haven't been granted. What you're buying today is a rigorous evaluation and a written result, not a government stamp. We'd rather tell you that here than have you find out later.
